An Inexhaustible Source...


Whilst arranging a Talent Development and Potential Realization Summit in Zambia, I had to supply the benefits such an event holds to my local collaborator. I gave him plenty of benefits and actually sent more than 4 different emails with more and more benefits. I soon came to realize that I could go on forever, as there are infinite benefits for Realizing Potential and Talent Development. Talent Development does not mean improving or expanding functional and technical skills required for a specific role; neither does it mean the traditional soft skills such as negotiation skills or communication skills, etc.  Potential and Talent is about so much more.

One the benefits I gave him were: Allowing people to be successful by allowing them to play their strengths and to leverage their inborn talents. Another was: Ensuring that the right people with the right talents and skills are in the right place at the right time, and that these people are engaged and focused on the right activities and interactions to uncover and flaunt their talent and to realize their own potential whilst they are actively contributing to the realization of the goals and vision of the organization. Another was: Stimulating a shared sense of direction, value, purpose, connection, understanding and cohesion which is necessary for success, well being, fulfillment, achievement and prosperity.

Insights from the past...

With these all fresh in my awareness, I was reminded of the wisdom from the ancients. The wise ancients believed that to continuously nourish and replenish people – that means abundance and success for all - a wise leader must have an inexhaustible source. And the only way to ensure an inexhaustible supply is to make the best use of people and resources, and to let the commodities flow abundantly into the market. They also believed that one should only employ talented, virtuous and able people.  They also believed a leader’s main desire or motivation was to replenish the people, and that never changed, no matter what happened.   They also believed that in an ideal society – a society of great harmony, the leader and the people work in full co-operation and with unity of purpose.  They also believed to replenish people’s latent productive capacity; you have to change the social system and the personnel system.  In the social system they freed the “slaves” and in the personnel system “talented and able” people were employed.

The modern day...

The modern day slave looks very different from the one from the past. The modern day slave sits in a golden cage. They are enslaved not so much to someone, but rather to a perception. They do what they are told to.  They don’t have any understanding why they are there or why they have to do something. They act like a robot. Their actions are automated and no conscious thoughts are employed to make any decisions. They actual make hardly any decisions. They don’t question anything or even dare to wonder whether there is another way that might be more efficient or better.  Innovation and creativity is foreign words to them. They only appear in the dictionary. They might feel that their value and talent are never noticed and acknowledge. They might feel unworthy and useless. They are totality disengaged and walk around with grudges, blame, complain. Gossip is their playground.  They don’t have any sense of autonomy or a sense of healthy self sufficiency where they understand their own value. They do not know how to channel their energy and talents effectively.  Neither do they feel capable of fulfilling their own needs or to even dare to enthusiastically contribute to the whole. It’s all about me and what I can get.   They have no sense of shared direction and purpose and have no commitment to life. They are disconnected and often pessimistic about change and new ideas. They have high rates of absenteeism and tend to negatively influence those around them, including potential customers and new hires. They are engulfed in victim consciousness and are always looking for reasons outside of them to blame for their circumstances and performance. They do not trust themselves or their co-workers – everyone is competition and the enemy. They are unaware of the concept of cause and effect and do not understand the consequences of their behavior. They do not take responsibility for their actions, words and interactions with others.  They say: “What is in it for me?”  They think: “Why should I do this? There is nothing in it for me.”

Why all these limiting beliefs, habits and behavior?  What is the difference between the ‘slaves’ and the ‘talented’ ones? The ‘slaves’ have no understanding of their own talent and the unlimited resources hidden within them.  

Talented and able people are authentic and bring their Best Self forward. They embody, express and flaunt their talents, value and Best Self. They show up in life and belief in their most positive regard. They give their talents a chance to work for them. They constantly embrace their potential and employ it in as many ways possible. They spend much time on personal development and personal growth. They have autonomy and a sense of healthy self sufficiency where they understand our own value, feel capable of fulfilling their own needs and they enthusiastically contribute to the whole. They take care of themselves and have a healthy sense of self love and know their self value. They know when to say no and how to create clear, healthy boundaries.  They are committed to their life – they commit to fully experience, engage in and contribute to every situation they find themselves in. They feel comfortable in their skin. They trust their own abilities and capabilities. And they can "discern" what is good for them and what is not.

They are brim with enthusiasm, they contribute ideas, are optimistic about their life’s work, the future and their organization. They are seldom absent from work, they typically stay with the organization longer and are among the organization’s most valuable ambassadors. They work more effectively, instead of just working more. They are committed to the organization, its values and vision. They see themselves as equal, full partners in shaping the organisation, regardless of their position and job function. They have high levels of energy and direct it wisely of things and activities that truly matter. They love and broaden what they do. They contribute in making the organization and themselves through it more sustainable, profitable and prosperous. They infuse passion and devotion into their work and wherever they go. Most importantly, they can have high levels of self awareness and use multiple degrees of their selves, physically, cognitively, and emotionally, in the work they perform. They know how to bring more of themselves into their roles and hence have stirring performances. They understand how their behaviors and attitudes promote connections to their life’s work and to others. They have a strong sense of social identity, a sense of belonging and greater meaningfulness from their role. They are able to show and employ their self value without fear of negative consequences to self-image, status or career. They have a sense of having all the physical, emotional or psychological resources available to them to engage fully at any particular moment. There are so much more to share about talented and able people. They think: “How can I add value?” or “How can I contribute?” or “How can I give my talents and gifts an opportunity to work for me, for my team or for my organization?”  They say: “How awesome is that?”

So it is easy to understand why leaders of the past employed virtuous, talented and able people. How else can you have an inexhaustible source? And an abundant outflow? Most certainly not with slave mentality! 

But...

Just like the wise ones, you can replenish and uncover your people’s latent productive capacity. Everyone is born a genius with unlimited potential and productive capacity.  You see, in truth, ‘slaves” are diamonds under cover. Slavery is just a wicked illusion. Slaves hold tremendous potential. Once you break them out of the illusional ‘slave jail’ and begin to uncover their treasures – their latent talents and gifts; you will be surprised at what resources are available to you. All so you can have access to an inexhaustible source.

The wise leader also made best use of the people and resources available to them. That truly means utilizing the right people with the right talents and skills are in the right place at the right time, and that these people are engaged and focused on the right activities and interactions. This most certainly is a breakthrough from ‘silo’ type mentalities. I have seen this in action, where a small company - the under dogs, won an assignment of more than $ 1 mil against all the big guys. They won it by using all the talents of their people at the time regardless of roles. There was a magical cohesion at play with the result of innovation, creativity and geniality. Soon after the victory, they went into ‘silo’ based operations and in my view; it created continuous “Crisis Management” scenarios. And they were incessantly fighting fires. Why change a winning recipe? Never do it. It cripples progress and evolution. It distracts you and keeps you busy with activities and things that don’t contribute to success, well being, fulfillment and prosperity.  It cripples the abundant flow of your ‘commodities’ into the market.

The wise ancients knew that by allowing the ‘commodities’ to abundantly flow into the market, that they will have an inexhaustible source. Where am I alluding too? Freshness, Innovation and Creativity!  Don’t get stuck on anything. Yesterday’s solution is not necessarily today’s answer. If you allow and inspire the creative juices of your talent to incessantly flow; if you reward innovative contribution; if you create a conducive, nurturing space for your talent to blossom and thrive; and if you supply both support and challenge; you will not only have access to an inexhaustible source, you will have an abundant flow of commodities into the market.

So how do you get there?

The same as the wise ancients did. You change the social and personnel system. You ‘un-enslave’ your people with a new personnel system – a Talent Development and Potential Realization Initiative and Program. You nourish and replenish all your people in the process – the talented and able, and the ‘slaves’ with a remarkable Support and Challenge System.  You stimulate and co-create a strong sense of shared direction, purpose, unity, value, connection, understanding and cohesion which is necessary for success, well being, fulfillment, achievement and prosperity for all involved.  You create the most opportune atmosphere and environment for your people’s talent to thrive and their potential to blossom whilst they contribute and engage fully to realize your vision and goal – to have an inexhaustible supply so everyone is always replenished and there is an abundant flow into the market. Everyone wins... Every one thrives... Everyone benefits...All in harmony – everyone working in full co-operation and with unity of purpose.

My name is Hannelie Pienaar. I am an Executive Inspreneur, Concept and Idea Creator, Creative Thinker and Strategist, Inspirational Radio Host and Author.

My zest for life and my passion for Human and Organisational Potential, Inspirational Leadership, Creative Strategy, Talent Development and Social Artistry has delightfully been expressed though all my creations and expressions. The role of the Rainmaker has always been completely underestimated. The Rainmaker is no Sales Man but a Magician of note and a true Polymath.  To be able to lead and conclude    $ 1 mil and more contracts, you have to be a Master Conjurer and very talented, gifted, open, receptive, perceptive, creative, focused, sensitive, intuitive, awake, alert, wise, energized, vibrant, versatile, adventurous, inspirational and visionary with the ability to notice opportunities and to turn them into gold.

Let me give you an intimate peak at all the roles a seasoned Rainmaker plays:

The charming Relationship Guru is a Change Agent extraordinaire and has to romance, dance with, give attention to and listen to a kaleidoscope of role players; each with their own ideas, interests, needs, visions, experiences, opinions, attitudes, motives, agendas, perceptions and limitations.  

You have to be a Psychic (Intuitive and highly perceptive). You need to carefully and spontaneously tune into what makes them tick and what matters most to them individually.  You need to be exceptionally resourceful and skilled to get into both the hearts and heads of leaders, influencers, initiators, peoples of interest, management and end users/receivers. You need to comfortably, confidently and authentically relate and converse with them all to build meaningful relations and to get a true understanding of their needs. Then you need to discern masterfully what the team dynamics are about without spending much time with them all in a group context.  You need to be the canary and tune into the general atmosphere and vibe.

Soon you have to become the Visionary and start to anticipate and weave a common thread of purpose which will not only satisfy the needs of all involved but will have true meaning to them all. This new solution/service/product cannot only satisfy the current needs but has to delightfully surpass and astonish all future possible requirements.    You need to be able to see both the bigger picture and have an intimate understanding of what is needed to make this happen.

The Artist now needs to create something out of nothing; making sense out of things; read the signs, decipher the patterns, connecting the dots, artfully and skilfully painting new pictures and designing new solutions.  The Artist must also give life to a breath taking theme and all the necessary props to enable the Ringmaster to put up the greatest show on earth when captivating and representing to the audience.

The Spiritual Explorer has to find the heart beat/ life force and must ensure to make it matter. Sometimes a connection between two very different, seemingly incompatible things, have to be made in order for a masterpiece to be created. This persona will make certain that a powerful, attention grabbing and compelling message go out to everyone involved that is significant, unforgettable and remarkable, and has meaning, potential and purpose to all involved whilst inspiring and motivating along the way.

The Business Person needs to turn the ideas and creations of the artist into value and assets.  To do this successfully you have to understand all aspects of the playing field and the impact this assignment will have on the Vision, People, Strategies, Processes, Systems and Technologies. The Business Person needs to do a lot of research to ensure the specific industry and its evolutionary developments have been considered when putting the final Solution/Service/Product together.

And then Goal Setter/ Actualizer/Realizer needs to pull this all together. She/he needs to identify and pull in all the necessary resources to demonstrate the masterpiece to the audience and entrust the successful delivery and implementation of such an assignment.

The Wise Decision Maker quickly has to come forward to make conscious, alive decisions of the Who, Why, How and What; and creatively present and relay this to all involved.  She/he needs to ensure everyone is on the same page, has an intimate understanding of the purpose, needs and how it all fits together.

And then the Ring Master has to come forward to lead the creation of a peak experience for the audience and will work closely together with the Artist and the Visionary.  This experience and overall message must be authentic, unforgettable, remarkable, long lasting and audacious. She/he needs to ensure everyone is ready and prepared to masterfully play their roles during the entire courtship.

And whalla, it is time for the Greatest Show on Earth! The delightful Ringmaster creates rapture, mystery, suspense and drama! She/he captures the attention and charmingly holds the space while presenting all the performers, enchanting the audience and generally keeps the show moving not only smooth but riveting.

Then the Negotiator and Mediator need to step forward to do the final contract negotiations. After successful mediation, the Nurturer steps forward to ensure that what got promised is delivered and implemented in the way presented. The Nurturer ensures the seed can start to grow and receive the care and attention it needs to blossom in juicy fruits.

So you see, the Rainmaker is a true Polymath and an exceptional Leader to make this happen.

Creative and Receptive Leadership – The beautiful dance between Challenge and Support…


Do your entire leadership team and workforce embody, personify and occupy your vision?
 

 Have you ever asked yourself why people would want to participate in realizing your vision and goals? Why would people want to work with you? What makes your vision and goals so attractive and special that others are willing to put all their energy, skills, wisdom, talents, resources and time behind it?  Or is it not about your vision and goals at all? Is your organisation just another place where they can earn a salary and perhaps great medical and retirement benefits?  They have to have a decent job, status and good perks; that is after all what society expects from them.

Do you honestly know why people work for you? Do yourself a favour and ask them 6 important questions. ‘How does it make you feel to be here?     Why are you here?  What is it you want from our organisation?    How does it feel to work with us?  What is it you would like to create with us? What is it you can do to create it with us?’  

Yes, the clever ones might pull up the mask and tell you exactly what they think you wish to hear and the less confident ones might curl up in fear, not knowing what to say to you as they themselves have no clue.  Maybe do it in a non-invasive way. (Your best chance to get the truth from them) At your next staff meeting ask them to write it down on a piece of paper without any names on it. Ask them not to think about it, but to write down the first thing that comes to mind. And tell them there are no right or wrong answers.    And then collect them in a box.   It does not matter what the answers are, it will give you a big clue as to why they are with you.

Then you would know what you are building your house with; straw, wood or bricks. Then you will also know how they will react when a bad wolf starts to blow down on your house.  You already know who is there with a purpose, who is sharing your vision and goal, who is fully engaged and devoted. The suggested exercise is merely to give you an even deeper understanding of why they are with you.  

So you might ask now: “And now what? “  What if you have 80% straw and wood? You surely can’t fire these people now? The good news: It is possible to transform the straw and wood into bricks.   

And to be able to master that, it is important to review and adjust your leadership style. One size does not fit all.

Now you have the opportunity to engage in the magical dance between challenge and support; between creative and receptive leadership; simultaneously leading and allowing flow and pressure.  The one circulates and the other contains.

By employing creative and receptive leadership principles you challenge (expose to, expand perception, stimulate and generate potential) and support (guide, nurture, allow and integrate potential) the individual to realize their potential whilst fully participating in actualizing a shared vision and goal.  The one feeds the other beautifully.

Experience of Best Self  

When I am authentic, fully present and at ease with who I am, dynamic tension creates a charge and stimulus to move forward and this energy fuels my connection to others.  (I trust in myself. I am confident.  I can handle this myself. I feel strong and assertive with others. I am awed by my presence. I am relaxed in the flow of this moment. I am courageous, powerful and impressed with what I bring.)

Experience of Others

My sense of self worth, value and importance directly influences the content of my relationships and how I relate to others.    Once I am fully present and available my relationships creates ideas. Now I can participate in dreaming, imagining and co-creating something amazing with those I resonate with. (I trust in others. I deeply enjoy what this relation gives me. I am fully satisfied with all I have. I feel the attraction with all that is good. I am interested, desirous, content,   connected, abundant and clear),   

Experience of What I can Co-create and Generate

 A shared vision and goal can now be co-created, generated and realised because my relationships make me feel open, secure,  accepting, free, expressive, committed and creative. (I trust in what we create together. I feel welcoming to all these things. I am free to be who I am becoming. I feel stable and grounded. I am committed to making this happen and collaborate delightfully. I am personifying what we are creating together.)  

Experience of my Interaction and Right Action

My perception and awareness of these ideas and creations enthuse and inspire me to engage with, play with and utilise them, to interact with others to make it happen and to move forward. (I trust what we are doing together. I am surprised. I am delighted to be in this situation. I feel good about the progress I am making. I am looking forward to whatever comes.  I am sharp,   awaiting, graceful and involved. My intentions are clear. I know what right action to take. I take time to reflect, observe and give it the required attention.)   

 You may now ask: “What is the best way to support and challenge?” A balanced Human Being consists of Body, Emotions, Mind and Spirit.   All these aspects must be equally considered and attended to whilst approached with great sensitivity and awareness. You may find someone’s sense of self is only healthy in terms of his/her body and he/she might have many limiting beliefs and habits.  Or someone’s body feels uncomfortable when in the presence of certain individuals, which directly influences his/her ability to collaborate and work with others.   So the right areas need to be supported and the right areas need to be challenged.

You may say that this is not your job to take care of, that you do not have the time to do it or that you do not have the appropriate skills in your organisation.   SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE DO NOT DO EVERYTHING THEMSELVES. THEY LEAVE IT TO THE EXPERTS.

That is why we are here.  Not only to assist you to transform the straw and wood into bricks, however, to assist you to realize your vision and goals with ease, grace and joy; whilst creating an opportune space and atmosphere for your teams to blossom and thrive.  Allow them to become Expressionists.  Allow them to display, express and employ their Best Selves to co-create, generate and actualise your shared visions and goals.

Serious Wake-Up Call – The biggest Trickster on Earth – The Illusion of Competition….


The Past: Lies, deceit and distraction. We all have been tricked and conditioned to spend all our energy and precious resources on creating fancy strategies and methodologies to outsmart the “Competition” , to “Win” business and to “Convince” prospective clients that we are the best.  Belief me, I have been there.  In this fabricated landscape of “Sales” we were conditioned to go into “Beggar and Struggle Consciousness”.  And we didn’t even know we were doing it. The moment you say and try to proof  “Client, we are better than our competition.”  you negate the value of whatever you have to bring to the world. It doesn’t matter what sophisticated method you are using to get that point across, whether you directly or indirectly bring into play. you negate your value. It is the biggest oxymoron  that you an ever get entangled in. And some are masters at this game, whilst others are extremely arrogant about it.  Arrogance is not confidence. There is a huge difference. Arrogance is “fear”, “lack” and “I am not good enough” under cover.

I have Great News for you. Wake up please…. There is no such thing as Competition. It is only a construct of your mind. You have been tricked to belief that for eons. Why?  To distract you from the real truth - so you can divert your attention from the truth and that fact keeps you very busy. And the result is that you scatter and misplace all your energy and resources on things that do not truly exist. It is indeed a very clever tactic. Whoever decided to misinform us like that was hugely successful. Just imagine how much money, time and resources have been spent in the past on this traditional “Goose Chase” called Sales and Marketing – a path strewn with resistance, ignorance and zombies. And there is in essence nothing wrong with Sales and Marketing. It is the energy that drives this car called Sales and Marketing, that have brought us to this deceit and possible demise.   It is the biggest scam of modern day commerce and industry.

What could be possible if you choose a road less travelled? What could be possible if you indeed take the path of least resistance?  BUT instead, you are like a blindfolded horse that travels the same old road day in and day out.  And you never question anything about this road. It is as if you are hypnotized and seduced by this lie.  And unknowingly you are captured in the prison and enchained to this thing called “Competition”.

The Present: The real truth…There is no one else on earth that can bring the same as that which you have to bring. Whether you bring you, a service, a product or a solution -  absolutely no one else can bring the same, absolutely no-one else!  Only you can bring that energy, that value, that permutation and that configuration to the world in the way you do. So how on earth can there be competition for you?

And somewhere, someone needs, is ready for and is waiting for you to show up to bring this specific permutation and configuration to them. You don’t have to convince them of anything. They need what you have to bring. They are ready for it. You do not have to convince them that you are the best and that you are better than the competition. You don’t have to “win” the business or “close” the deal.  The truth is: YOU DO NOT HAVE COMPETITION.  You negate your Authenticity when you go into this space of competition.  You direct all the attention and energy away from you to something externally that does not truly exist.   Just imagine what will be possible when you start to direct all the available resources and energy towards what you bring?

And instead of becoming a magnet to those who needs what you have, you spend all your time, energy and resources to convince people and organisations who are not necessarily ready for it or who do not need what you bring in the way you are bringing it or who do not understand and  cannot see the value of what you bring or who are plain “zombies”. What a waste of precious resources? And only because you have been deceived to think this is the way it should be.

The truth is that TRUE Sales and Marketing is about Promoting the MAGNET and the energy behind it.  It is about becoming, embodying, employing and expressing the MAGNET and the energy behind it.  Yes this applies to you, all of those working with you and all of those representing you. It also does not help you if you become a magnet and the rest of your organisation is not becoming magnets. If they still play the game of competition, there is no synergy and no coherence, so you will struggle and waste precious energy unnecessarily.

You don’t have to “sell’ or “market” anything.  When you need to convince anyone of something, you negate its value. When you need to negotiate or justify fees or price, you negate the value you bring. It is because you are “selling” to the wrong people. It is because you don’t belief in your own MAGNET. Or you don’t not belief in your own worth and value.  It is only in a competitive environment that you have to negotiate price or justify value. You don’t have to “trade” you value. You are “bringing” it. And for that you “receive” an equal exchange.

As a matter of fact, the more you become this MAGNET, (remember a magnet attracts things to it and it does not need to go and search for things) the more those who need what you bring, will find you. And yes, you have to wake up, dress up, show up and you have to tell the world about you and what you have, about what you bring in the way you bring it.  And you have to exude and emit it wherever you go, in whatever you say, in whatever you do.   You have to be congruent. Then you are authentic. And people buy into authentic people and energy. They do not invest in scattered and misaligned energies and messages. Your message to the world becomes scattered and misaligned when you spend time and resources on justifying anything. And that is what you do when you sell the traditional way, when you endeavour to convince the market place and when you strive to win business. You don’t have to win anything. You can only win something you don’t have. And you HAVE what you bring. You are ATTRACTING the business. There is NO COMPETITION - hence you don’t have to win anything.

The other lie is about becoming a leader in your field. Do yourself a favour. Go and look at the visions and missions of most organisations. First it starts with the words:  TO BE”. Now, you already are. How can you endeavour or strive TO BE? You can do this only when you belief you are not yet. And that is the catch. Again competition based.  Or it starts with “TO BECOME”. Again, you are not yet. So how must any prospective client belief you? You are not it yet. No wonder you battle to convince them. You see, whether they are aware of it consciously or not, you negate that you are the best – the story you tell them. All because your vision is encrypted into the organisation – TO BE or TO BECOME. The one negates the other.  SO you are not authentic when you tell a client you are the best.

Besides, that is utter baloney, garbage, twaddle, hogwash and bunkum.  I hope you hear at least this. BALONEY!!! And it is future based. What are you today? This is what you bring. Now!!  Not something promised or desired in the future.  You are the leader now - The front runner bringing this energy, this message, this permutation and this configuration to the world. It even applies to a bottle of water or a can of deodorant. You are not a leader because you are better than someone else, but because of what you bring. 

Can you see the difference? It is time to wakeup. You have been dreamed for so long. Is it not time to become the dreamer? Is it not time to embody the MAGNET? Is it not time to get rid of all those approaches, methodologies, slogans, visions, belief systems, conditioning, mannerisms, behaviours, thoughts, feelings, actions, words, oxymorons, lies and habits that negate the truth of this MAGNET?

You are here NOW.   You bring something unique to the world, whether you are an individual, an entrepreneur, an organisation, a multinational, a global entity,  etc.   And someone is waiting for it. All you need to do is to BE the MAGNET, to be AUTHENTIC, to SHOW UP and to TELL the world about the MAGNET and the ENERGY behind it. And then you ZING. Yes, then you ZING. You allow yourself to ATTRACT those who are ready for it, who needs what you HAVE, who understands the VALUE you bring and who will gladly give you an EQUAL monetary exchange for it.

May I humour you a bit more? Scary enough, if you go and look at the meaning of the words “competition” and “compete” in our dictionaries, you will find the following meanings:

 Competition:

1. the act of competing; rivalry for supremacy, a prize, etc.: competition between two teams.

2. a contest for some prize, honour, or advantage: to enter a competition.

3. the rivalry offered by a competitor: small businesses getting competition from the chain stores.

4. a competitor or competitors.

5. the struggle among organisms, both of the same and of different species, for food, space, and other vital requirements.

BUT… The word derives from the 1595-1605 Late Latin competītiō=competī-, variant s. of competere to meet, come together + -tiō -tion. So it actually means to meet and to come together.  Not division like we have been taught. 
 
And if we look at the verb, compete, the dictionary says it means:

To strive against another or others to attain a goal, such as an advantage or a victory. 

And again if we look at the source, Late Latin,  competere,  it means to strive together, from Latin, to coincide, be suitable : com-, com- + petere, to seek.. Not me against you, but to strive together, to coincide.

However, we have been misled to belief the versions in our dictionaries, which are quite the opposite of what it truly means. 

Just consider these few words please:

To meet

To come together

To strive together

To coincide

Be suitable

To seek
 
Now where do strive Against each other or contest comes into play? I only see come together, strive together, coincide, suitable, meet and seek. 

We have been deliberately misled so we can divert our energy and resources. Just imagine what will be possible in the world when people start to consciously direct their energy to their MAGNETs and when they receive an equal exchange for it? This world will be such a wonderful place to be in. People will truly enjoy what they do.  And the P-word will not exist.

 The GOOD NEWS...

The Future: YOU are shaping it with your MAGNET.   You don’t have TO BE or TO BECOME. You already ARE. Imagine what could be POSSIBLE?

You are welcome to continue and be the victim of  “selling” or “struggling” or “competition”. Or you can choose another possibility now. You can choose to BE the MAGNET.  Magnetism is a CREATIVE FORCE. Just look in nature. Does the flower have to do anything to attract the butterfly or the bee to come and snack on its precious nectar? No, it just needs to be the flower. Bees fly from flower to flower collecting and pollinating as they go, not only collecting what they need from the flower but also giving it the ability to bear fruit and thus create more flowers. The Bee takes, but also gives back and creates the abundant flow of new life.  So when you become the MAGNET and ATTRACT your “BEES”, they   dispense and disperse your energy and message wherever they go.  They become your “workers.” And that is a wonderful art of giving back to you. You don’t even have to employ them to do it. They tell others about the wonderful experiences they had with you. In the old system, even if your client had a good experience with you, how easy is it to obtain an authentic reference? It is not easy - only because you started off in the negative. By the way, have you ever seen a bee compete for a flower? Have you ever seen a bee “stinging” another bee because they want to snack on the same flower? No, there are enough “flowers” for everyone, abundant, overflowing and available. It is up to you whether you want to BE the MAGNET, the FLOWER.
